HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?
The payment for the items you have chosen shall be made on cash on delivery basis.
This is a service which provides maximum comfort and reliability to the customer, as the payment for the ordered products is made at the time of delivery, i.e. when you are visited by the courier at your home or office address and personally handed the goods you purchased from our shop.
Please use the claims form to let us know of your desire to return a particular order, and we will contact you to explain the return procedure. After completing the online form within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return the purchased item provided that it is in its original condition, packaging and quality, and has not been handled in any way (not laundered or ironed, not scented by a perfume or other cosmetic product). Proof of purchase is also required (received with the order specification). We shall not refund the price of products which are used or not in their original condition when returned to our address, or are returned after the pre-set 14-day period. If the above conditions are not met, your claim request will not be considered.
The return shipping costs for the claimed items shall be at the customer’s expense (except in cases of manufacturing defect).
After we receive the returned item we will refund you the due sums within 7 working days. The sum will be refunded / dispatched by courier.
If we cannot accept the returned or claimed item (returned after the specified time period; missing product return form, missing labels or packaging; stained or damaged product) it shall be shipped back to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
Return shipments to our address which have been damaged during transport because of improper packaging shall be shipped back to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
Price refund for a purchased product shall be made after we receive the shipment and verify its integrity!
Return shipments requiring cash on delivery shall not be accepted!
If you receive our response that the return of the product will be at your expense, you may use the services of a courier company of your choice. You undertake to cover the shipment costs to our address and we shall arrange that you receive the replacement products or a refund, according to your preliminary arrangements with our consultants.
3. Upon our receipt of the product returned by you in the condition in which we originally sent it to you, you will be notified by telephone or email of the accepted shipment. The sum to be refunded shall not include the initial and the return shipment courier expenses in case the return is at your expense.
